Rob WealerUp and coming young British actor starts blowing everyone away. Does Macbeth in the West End and blows everyone away... he's being touted as the next greatest actor of all time. He starts taking on classic roles in film, wins an Oscar. But he loves money as well and is dying to be in the MARVEL/DC franchises... possibly be a new superhero himself. The contortions, ridiculousness and recycled storylines and imagery of a superior actor stooping to a Marvel hero formulaic format are ripe for satire and laughs. (Short, Comedy) pdf format

Youtube Ahab by
Rob WealerStory begins with an ordinary fellow following comments on political posts on Youtube. He encounters a MAGA commenter. He's a self described progressive and can't handle the blatant Trumpisms of this anonymous poster and gets into a keyboard war with this other user. As he starts getting more angry and irrational, he and his surroundings slowly transform into a Moby Dick scene, with him as Ahab, mad with resentment and anger, as he hunts down this minor commenter in a demented, ruthless fashion like she was the great white whale. Other commenters join in. They are transformed into people in rowing skiffs launching metaphorical harpoons, similarly out of their minds with indignation. (Short, Comedy) pdf format
