Iron Man script (no, not the one in theatres) and Go! Speed Racer! Go! - post author Don

PDFscreenplays is kicking some serious script booty with two oft requested scripts – Iron Man and Speed Racer. Please note, however, this isn’t the Iron Man script as filmed. This is an early draft by Gough and Millar not by Mark Fergus, Hawk Ostby, Art Marcum and Matt Holloway (who penned the script of Iron Man you see in theatres. These and more can be found on the Movie Scripts page.

Thanks also to JBM for his part in these.

Thanks Sam for the typo heads up. I know spel so gud.

Meet my new friend – PDFscreenplays.net who has rocketed onto the script scene with several new scripts including Master and Commander, The Mist, 3:10 to Yuma and two drafts of Jumper. Links to those scripts can be found over on the Movie Scripts page.

Do take a moment to check out PDFscreenplays.net. In addition to a ton of Movie Scripts, there are also sections of the site covering treatments, TV Shows, Unproduced scripts as well as Comic Book Scripts.

Speaking of new friends, do also check out The Comic Book Script Archive which has an amazing collection of comic book scripts. This is a script genre that I am completely unfamiliar with, but I look forward to taking a deeper look into the site. – Don

ScriptGirl give the weekly script sales report. - post author Don

Yes, SimplyScripts is all about the script and the writing of the script and not so much about the selling and the producing of the script. So, why am I putting you onto a script sales report? Well, three reasons. This is factual information about who sold what to the studios, so you have an idea of what the studios are buying delivered in a truly engaging format. ScriptGirl ends her report with “Remember, you can’t sell it, if you don’t write it”. And lastly, Script Girl is one hot tomato.

Below is the April 18th, 2008 report on scripts sales. Check out ScriptGirl.net to get the latest.

As Script Girl sez, “remember, you can’t sell it, if you don’t write it”. – Don
