Iron Man script (no, not the one in theatres) and Go! Speed Racer! Go! - post author Don

PDFscreenplays is kicking some serious script booty with two oft requested scripts – Iron Man and Speed Racer. Please note, however, this isn’t the Iron Man script as filmed. This is an early draft by Gough and Millar not by Mark Fergus, Hawk Ostby, Art Marcum and Matt Holloway (who penned the script of Iron Man you see in theatres. These and more can be found on the Movie Scripts page.

Thanks also to JBM for his part in these.

Thanks Sam for the typo heads up. I know spel so gud.

Yes, the Discussion Board is temporarily down. I’ll let you know when it is back up. – Don

Hey guys.

I emailed Don the other day and he emailed me back and told me that the discussion is down, and that he’s trying to get it back up. I haven’t been able to get on to it for about four days. It must be a major problem. I’m also wondering what sort of shape it will be in when it does come back up. I remember the last time it crashed we lost about two weeks worth of posts. Anyway, I’m sure Don is doing everything possible to get it back up.

He said nothing was was lost this time and I think he’s switching servers, but it takes a long time to transfer everything.

I’m sure Soulshadows will still happen when everything gets back to normal.

Stick to the same deadline for Soulshadows, if it’s still down we’ll sort something out.

I assume Don needs to do the maintenance/repairs in his precious free hours, so kudos to Don in advance for his efforts

Hellooooooo!

Well, I have been away this week and thought I would be missing out on all the fun, but it seems not at all. Hope Don can get everything back up OK.

Soulshadows? mmmm….

Michael and *you know who*, I am struggling. I thought this week would be quieter with work but I had to go away this week. Too much going on and frying my brain!!.

I don’t want to pull out and really want to get my script finished but the deadline is looming large and I need to warn you that I will probably miss it.

Sorry, feel like I am letting you down. You can kick me out if you want! 😉 But I will try and get some serious writing time in this weekend and see if I can turn things around. I need to see if my new idea will fly.

Sorry again,

Hope to see everyone back on the boards soon!

Day five of the great Simply Scripts disaster of 2008.

In my “ample” free time this week I’ve stumbled across some interesting stuff on the net.

Here’s local DJ Leaping Larry L’s take on the American Film Industries top 100 movies list, which was released last year. His summary of some of the movies and his views on their selection are quite amusing.

Indeed, Sniper. And the Leapster was only too happy to point that out. Lol.

Here?s Leaping Larry’s take on the The New York Times Top 1000 List:

And another article he wrote about Death Proof and Quentin Tarantino

Any of the mods know how long it’s expected to be down for?

Chris Reid

I think all the mods were taken out in the explosion that destroyed the discussion board, Ste.

I think it’s been an inside job, that Mike Shelton has always seemed a bit shifty to me ;o)

Precisely…I’ve always wanted to blow up the board so I could move everyone over to my little hole, which now boasts a whopping six posts.
